SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–8 working days.
Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over ₹5,000 within India. For orders below ₹5,000, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Delivery times may vary according to destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns for refund are not accepted.
Size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to availability. One complimentary size exchange is offered per order, including return collection and delivery of the replacement item.
Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Should an item arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where reasonably possible, with your order number and photographs of the item.
Once verified, the return will be arranged at no additional cost and a replacement or refund will be provided, as applicable.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
